Aakansha Bhati - Counseling Psychologist & Psychotherapist

Post Graduate in Psychology and Trained in Psychotherapy, along with profound understanding and applicability of other therapies as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Family Therapy, Couple Therapy and Psychoanalysis.

Approach Working in the domain of mental health to analyze The Self (conscious and unconscious as whole), in assistance with the narrative of philosophy laid on the foundations of metaphysics, phenomenology and existentialism. To help people understand themselves better and to improve their psychological and practical functioning.

Past Work Starting the psychological practice, having worked with CEO’s of companies and clients from various Professional Fields. Conducted research on Cognitive and Development psychology of Indian Entrepreneurs.

Current Work Currently working on a very interesting psychological series for organizations that will create profound awareness of mental well-being and developing fearless conducive environment for mental health discussions at large and assisting individuals to live a fulfilling life while seeking their own meanings and truths.
